Boiler Safety Checkup
All boilers, especially steam boilers have multiple safety devices which need periodic maintenance and servicing. Failure to maintain these devices can lead to dangerous conditions such as boiler damage and explosion.

Service includes testing boiler safeties, ensuring they operate and cleaning them if necessary. This does not include the cost of any replacement materials or devices found to be inoperable. This is only a safety inspection and minor cleaning.

Boiler Tuneup
​Boilers generate scale buildup in the pipes and dirt in the burner tubes which lowers efficiency and life expectancy.
Service includes descaling the boiler to raise efficiency, setting the proper ph with a rust inhibitor to extend the boiler service life, cleaning the burner tubes, and adjusting gas pressure.

Boiler Replacement
Every boiler has a service life and will need to be replaced at some time. When the time comes you want someone who specializes in steam and can get the most efficiency out of your new system.​

Service includes complete boiler installation with peripherals. We install the highest quality boilers (such as Weil-McClain) at or above code with proper water treatment to ensure a long service life. We also install electrical safeties which decreases maintenance needs.

Steam Radiator Repair
Every steam heating system has a forgotten half, the radiators. If your radiators are making noise or not getting hot then they need service. From 100 year old failed steam traps to improperly pitched radiators, improper service can cost you on your bill.​

Service includes complete steam trap repair or replacement throughout the system. After replacing all traps we will inspect all radiators for proper pitch to prevent water hammer. We also provide a detailed service map of the system for in-house maintenance use.
